A magical experience of storytelling, creativity, and discovery!
Thank you to everyone who joined us this summer for Story Time at the Museum! Children ages 3–8 explored Asian folktales through storytelling, hands-on art projects, and guided exhibit experiences that sparked creativity and imagination.
Highlights from this summer’s program included:

June 21, 2025 — The Seven Chinese Brothers by Margaret Mahy
Dive into this exciting Chinese folktale where seven brothers use their supernatural talents to stand up against injustice. -
July 12, 2025 — Little One Inch by Florence Sakade
Follow the brave adventures of a one-inch-tall hero as he embarks on an epic journey using clever tools and courage!
Each session blended fun, learning, and discovery, and we’re grateful to the families who made it special.
