The Collector Series

Attendees of our March 23 “Pysanky – The Tradition of Ukrainian Easter Eggs” Collectors event left with knowledge of pysanky, good memories, and maybe even one of John Franchuk’s Ukranian eggs. Karen Sheptak assisted John while he demonstrated the wax-resistant (batik) method of creating these little masterpieces. Registration was limited. We wish everyone could have attended to learn more about this fascinating art form. Please enjoy some photos from the wonderful event.
