Vintage Pinball Machines You’ll Flip Over!

The Maridon Museum is pleased to announce the return of the popular “The Collectors” series on Wednesday, March 23rd. Pat Gallagher will present machines from his extraordinary collection and share his knowledge about PINBALL MACHINES!!!

Pat will bring his machines to the museum for your playing pleasure and talk about his family’s history of collecting, servicing, and restoring these non-digital, electro-mechanical
machines. Not only will you have the opportunity to play with the machines, but you will also be able to take a look inside to see how they work.

Pat’s grandfather, Joe Malis, started operating the Coin-Op Amusements in the Butler area in the 1940s. Pat grew up with early exposure to the machines by helping out and working with his family. He has collected and restored his own machines since the late 1970s.

Pat grew up in the Butler area and was a local DJ for 47 years, during which time he amassed 15,000 45s (records). He also collects vintage gumball & candy machines and is a die-hard, life-long fan of The Three Stooges…”Soitenly!!”
