Programs for Schools and Children
The museum buildings contain classroom and multi-purpose space that is appropriate for school groups and children's organizations. Docents are available to provide an orientation to the museum for young people. Use of the classroom and arrangements for an orientation can be arranged by contacting the museum.
Society of Pennsylvania
The museum is
fortunate to have a relationship with Japan-America
Society of Pennsylvania (JASP). JASP has been a catalyst
for cross-cultural friendship and understanding for more than
20 years. The Maridon and JASP are connected through the mutual
interest of working in partnership to bring outreach educational
programs to the community. JASP offers the Japan in the Schools
outreach educational program, an annual Japanese Speech contest,
business and community programs.
